Insomnia? Sleep Anxiety? Both? Then Read This.
Because it's time to get real with yourself about your sleep.

At 3 am, common Google queries for me look a little something like this: “funny cat videos,” “screaming goats,” and finally, exasperated, I finger-type in “Help! Laying in bed can’t sleep.”
Which is silly…because I’ve read the sleep studies. I’ve talked with countless doctors and therapists, and most recently, a sleep therapist. I’ve tried the medications and sleepwalked right into my front yard in the middle of the night, where, embarrassingly, I peed right there in the grass. My relationships and my social life and even my professional life have all suffered — as I have suffered — all because I can’t sleep well.
Today, I’m a wellness writer. That means there are companies out there who have doled out thousands for me to write their articles on sleep. Have I solved my sleep problems? Not entirely, but I sure am sleeping better these days. I’ve found what works for me and I hope this may help some chronic nightwalkers out there to feel a little less alone.
